Since 1984, Grant Gibson’s Surrey Sports & Rehabilitation has been your local physio clinic offering personalized services through manual therapy by experienced therapists, the latest electrical modalities, an on-site gym and a certified hand therapy program. We also offer physiotherapy tools, such a Thera-Band exercise balls and sacroiliac braces to aid in your recovery.

Our clinic is happy to accept payments in the form of cash, debit, cheques, MasterCard, and Visa. Although fees will vary depending on the type of treatment you receive, please review the following for more information:
Private Fees
Initial: $90.00
Subsequent: $85.00
WCB Fees
All fees are covered by WCB under an Approved Claim
MSP Fees
We can fully bill to ICBC with a valid claim within 12 weeks of the date of the accident. If your care qualifies, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you, the patient.
If your annual income is $24,000 or less, you qualify for Premium Assistance. This means a small portion of your treatment fee is covered by the Government i.e. $23. The patient is responsible for the balance. You get a total of 10 treatments per year but this is for all treatments, including physiotherapy, massage, chiropractor and acupuncture.
RCMP and DVA
You’ll pay nothing as we are authorized to bill these agencies directly.
Extended Benefits
We bill directly to Blue Cross and Great West Life. While there are many extended benefits companies and plans available, you are responsible for the remaining balance that isn’t covered by your extended health. For all other insurance companies, we provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
Hand Therapy Fees
Initial: $80.00
Subsequent: $80.00
Please note that unfortunately at this time, some extended benefits do not cover hand therapy services provided by an occupational therapist. However should your injury be related to a WCB Approved Claim, all fees are covered.

Women’s Health Fees
Initial: $150.00
Subsequent (40 minutes): $110.00
