Helping You Feel Better and Stay Better
The fall is a great time to stay active and work on your physical wellness. At Surrey Sports Physio, we can support your body whether your goal is to play sports at a competitive level or just enjoy a walk with family. Let us help repair any existing injuries or trouble spots you may be experiencing. As long-time members of the Surrey community, we know our neighbours want the tools to be active and independent. We find that often, a minor performance or physiotherapy exercise suggestion can change the way your body feels and performs.
Clinic Reopening Plan
Policies and Procedures Post COVID-19
As we reopen our office, the health and safety of you, our patients, and our staff is our first priority.
Our office has developed a comprehensive set of policies and procedures as part of our Reopening plan.
They have been developed in accordance with guidance from the BC Provincial Health Authorities, Worksafe BC, BCCDC, and the BC College of Physiotherapists.
Please review these now.
Before booking an appointment, we need to perform a quick screening of your current health status.
This is for your safety and that of our staff. This needs to be performed with the person wanting to attend. If there is a difficulty with communication, we can help with that.
(As per the Government of Canada guidelines)
You must self-isolate if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are waiting on test results.
There is more information on the Canada.ca website, or get the free BC COVID-19 App.
If your situation changes and you answer yes to any of these questions, you must call and cancel your appointment. Do not attend the clinic if you are unwell.
For up-to-date instruction on assessment of COVID-19, please visit the BCCDC website for information on self-assessment and lab testing.
